This page explains what we do with your details when you get in touch with VP Autos Recovery. We keep it short because we keep the whole thing simple: we only ask for what we need to come and get your vehicle.

Who we are

What we collect

When you call, message on WhatsApp, or email us, you'll usually give us:

• Your name and phone number, so we can call you back.
• Where the vehicle is, so we can find you.
• Details about the vehicle — make, model, and whether it starts or rolls — so we bring the right kit.
• Anything else you tell us about the job.

We don't have a contact form and we don't run any tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

Only to quote for the job, arrange the recovery or transport, and keep you updated while we're on the way. We may keep a basic record of the job afterwards for our own accounts.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your details or pass them on for marketing. We'll only share them if it's needed to finish the job — for example, telling a garage where to expect your vehicle — or if the law requires it.

Other services on this page

We show a Google map of where we're based, and we load fonts from Google. To do that, your browser talks to Google, which may see your IP address and set its own cookies. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep job records only as long as we need them for the work and our accounts, then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call 01327 530384 or email info@vpautosrecovery.co.uk and we'll sort it out.
